Camping! Bring your tent, so you can stay from Friday evening till Sunday morning

What to bring?

What you bring depends on whether you stay overnight.

​

For the day program:

  • Yoga mat and/ or sheepskin, blanket, drinking bottle, Japji booklet if you have one.

  • Plate, bowl, cutlery, glass or cup

 

Please make sure to dress in layers and bring something warm to cover for Sadhana. Fall is around the corner at the time of the festival, so morning and evening can already be a bit chilly!

If you stay overnight:

  • Tent, Toiletries, thermos, headlamp.

 

And in all cases, tons of love and your vibration!!

Join us! Because creating a Festival is a huge work, we’d love to have you help a hand.

We need sevadars for:

  • Managing the registration desk

  • Help desk

  • Monitoring the parking lot

  • Maintaining the house rules

  • Medical aid (doctor or nurse)

  • Help with lighting and sound (on Friday)

About the festival

Timing

The festival day will start with Sadhana at 05:30 and we’ll have Closing at 20:00

Children's camp

Kids are welcome! There will be a small Children’s camp at the festival with fun activities like Children Yoga, Mandala workshop, story-telling workshop and many different works and plays.

Children’s area activities help to develop creativeness and concentration and give the little ones opportunity to move and have a lot of playfulness and joy. 
Activities foreseen between 9 AM till 5 PM.

Please note:

  • Children must be registered separately (children's ticket)

  • Keep in mind that your children remain your responsibility throughout the Festival, and that you are liable for them at all times.

Sleeping

You can stay overnight and bring your tent. Please add a camping ticket when you register.

​

House rules

In order to maintain the integrity of the Yoga Festival, please do not bring the followings:

​

  • Alcohol

  • Tobacco

  • Drugs

  • Meat / animal-based food products

  • Pets

  • Arms, fireworks

 

And everything else that is not necessary for the smooth running of the event.

 

We Thank You!

 

Food

​All food will be vegetarian and gluten free. There will be breakfast, a lunch snack and dinner. Tea and water all day. All food and drinks are included in the ticket price.

If you have special diet, please bring all what you need during the Festival, everybody will be served the same food, it's not possible to ask for special dishes. There will be appropriate food for children.
 

You will bring your own plate and cutlery, that you will wash by yourself.

Disclaimer

At this moment (end of June), under COVID-19 regulations, it would be possible to have the festival live on-site.

Should the government regulations change between today and September 17th, we will give you 3 options:

  • Donate the value of your ticket to charity

  • Keep your ticket until next year's Festival

  • You may ask for a refund

Every ticket holder will be notified by email on the details of these 3 options should COVID-19 regulations change.
