the Path from
Mystery to Mastery
revealing your true potential
FESTIVAL OVERVIEW
We are excited to welcome you to a day of spiritual connection, learning, and community at the 5th Belgian Kundalini Yoga Festival.
The day begins with an early morning Sadhana at 5.30am to align your energy and set the tone for the experiences ahead. Following a nourishing breakfast, you will have the opportunity to explore a range of workshops, each offering unique practices and teachings.
In the afternoon, Hari Avtar will lead an all-camp yoga session, bringing everyone together in a powerful group practice. This will be followed by a gong session and healing circle, where participants can give and receive healing energy in a supportive environment.
The day will also include light and healthy meals to keep you energized and balanced, ending joyfully the day with music and dance by Elodie & Brice.
On Sunday, we start again with Sadhana, breakfast and/or icebath, followed by the morning workshops. At noon, we will replenish our physical selves during lunch. In the afternoon, Elodie & Brice will gather all for the Sat Sang, followed by the closing ceremony around 4pm.
As last year, there is also a possibility to book a healing session (sat nam rasayan) during the day. We look forward to sharing this experience with you.
In the meantime, make sure to reserve your spot today and join us for a full weekend of inspiration, connection, and transformation.
Below, you'll find more details about the workshops and healing. And thereafter, the practicalities and contact for the festival.

Beyond addiction
You find it difficult to put your mobile phone away.
You get stuck scrolling on your phone.
You easily choose unhealthy things in stressful situations.
You regularly lose yourself in a downward spiral of negative thoughts.
Subconscious beliefs determine your daily life.
We all have our addictions, big and small, we cling to habits and comforts and because of this we don't fulfill our highest potential.
During this workshop you will discover your Best Future Self as a compass to your higher destiny.

At 9am Sat
Jolène van der Steen - Pritam Dharma Kaur
Self-Love during menopause. How?
Menopause is a transition; you leave the old behind and move for a while
through a no-man’s-land before the new emerges. This can be uncomfortable, both
physically and mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It’s a major change for a woman’s
body and life. No one knows exactly when it starts or how long it will last.
Having an open heart for yourself is more important than ever. Self-love consists of two
parts: Self and Love. When you feel the intensity of menopause in your body, it’s not
always easy to connect with your Self, your Soul. Many women say they sometimes don’t
recognize themselves anymore. That’s understandable. And bringing love to your process,
to the flaws of your body, to the emotional outbursts you may also experience, to your
doubts or mood swings, can be quite challenging.
Can you give your body what it needs, the right self-care? Even if it differs from your
current habits. Often this phase prepares you for a new body that asks for something
different and becomes more sensitive. Can you be that mother to yourself?
A partial circle with focused questions and a range of helpful tools for Self-Love. We close
with a meditation that brings neutrality and stability—essential keys during menopause.

Do you know the feeling of remembering things you didn’t even know you had forgotten?
The subconscious, the field of knowing, the collective consciousness… it is a magical space with great potential for healing.

Womb Wisdom
Revealing and owning the cosmic powers of the first and second chakra
We have all learned about the chakras as powerful energy centers which are instrumental
in our emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. When we life from the first chakra, we are
safe, secure and grounded. And our second chakra relates to our creative potential.
During this workshop, Charan Kamal will share insights of her study looking at the womb as
center of the first and second chakra. The dialogue in the Red Tent is an attempt to do
justice to the place of the uterus within the yogic teachings and beyond. We will explore
our personal relationship with our womb and the energetics. With exercises and practical
tips, you will gain a better understanding of the potential residing within the uterus, its
relationship with the mouth and the experience of the mul bandha/ root lock.
HEALINGS

Two Sat Nam Rasayan healers are available for healing sessions throughout the day. Sessions can be booked at the registration office, or you can buy your ticket already online.
Sat Nam Rasayan (SNR) is an ancient yogic form of healing originating from India and Tibet. In Sat Nam Rasayan, an elevated state of consciousness is used for healing. You achieve this meditative and neutral state by practicing with your senses and elements, expanding your perception.
Through this conscious state, you will be able to live in Shunia, a state of silence where everything is unified. In this state, you can resolve tensions or resistances within yourself, in others, or in a situation. You become aware of what is happening, and any present blockages or resistances dissolve.
OTHER ACTIVITIES

all-day
Rinco van der Baan
Ice Bath
Taking an ice bath increases the production of endorphins and has a positive effect on your immune system. Not only is it healthy for your body, it also makes you mentally feel better and stronger.
