The Integrity in Yoga workshop that was
planned on Saturday Dec 11
is postponed till a later date (to be defined).
During the workshop, after a welcome, we will gather in an Integrity Circle and meditate together, we will reflect on 'What does Integrity in Yoga mean to me?', we will do a constellation related to Integrity in Yoga, it will be lead by Marie-Hélène Elleboudt, we will enjoy a relaxation, have tea and snacks and close our meeting in a circle connecting through chanting and meditation. Our activities aim to grow our awareness and to ensure that one day all students and teachers in yoga classes in Belgium experience that Integrity in Yoga is not just a slogan but a reality.
