Sat Nam, I have lived in Belgium since 2012 and I am originally from Greece. I speak French and English too. Since 2012 I have been a hatha yoga practitioner and in 2018 I had my first kundalini yoga workshop. I rapidly cultivated an interest in the effects this practice had on my vitality and sensitivity and started the level 1 teacher training in 2019. I have been teaching kundalini yoga since 2021, and I continue my teacher training in hatha yoga, while I still work for a bank. I have recently completed all level 2 Kundalini yoga modules and currently I am being trained to be a Sat Nam Rasayan healer. I love morning sadhana and I love sharing all the good practices I learn with people crossing my path.
