With 17 years of experience, Fiona Nav Jiwan (meaning "New Life") shares Kundalini Yoga as a way to prepare the mind, body, and spirit to meet the challenges and joys of everyday life — from work and relationships to navigating illness and change. Many inner conflicts arise from regrets about the past or fears of the future. Through a powerful blend of breathwork (pranayama), movement, mantra, and meditation, her classes support deep relaxation, self-healing, and resilience. Anyone who can breathe can practise — all that’s needed is an open mind.
Students of Soul Sound Yoga include both men and women: some come to maintain or improve their wellbeing, while others seek support through major life transitions in health, career, or relationships.
Beyond weekly classes, Fiona organises workshops and retreats, and participates in events and festivals worldwide. As a Gong Master and Sound Therapist, she also offers profound sound healing journeys, using the harmonising frequencies of the gongs to guide students into deep states of relaxation, release, and renewal.
