Hi! I have lived abroad for most of my life and returned to Belgium again recently to see if its something for me and my family:-). I came across Kundalini Yoga in Italy in 2012. I did my Kundalini Teacher Training level I here in Ghent in 2019-2020 and I mostly teach in and around Ghent. In my yoga classes, I also incorporate the use of sound (Gong, Chimes, Music). I also love to teach Kundalini yoga for kids (here at a local school) as well as adults.
